We, the HEATING SERVICE team, offer our customers the sale, installation, installation, and ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment throughout the equipment's lifetime. Nature of work:
- Supervision, formation and development of the team of technical service specialists and its activities;
- Ensuring efficient and high-quality work of customer service and logistics coordinators;
- Cooperation with the sales manager in implementing the company's goals and plans;
- Participation in the development and implementation of the company's strategy;
- Initiation of proposals to improve the performance of the organization and department;
- Working with current issues and solving emerging problems.
We hope you
- Has at least 5 years of experience in a managerial position (an advantage in the field of HVAC);
- You have obtained an education in the field of engineering (advantage);
- Know how to work with a team, plan and allocate tasks, have experience in performance evaluation and management, employee training;
- You are able to motivate the team, it is important for you to create and maintain a pleasant culture and microclimate in the organization;
- You are focused on the goal and results, but you also care about quality work standards;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, strategic and analytical thinking, independence and organization;
- Is characterized by initiative and a tendency to quickly and efficiently make decisions and resolve situations.
