As a customer service representative
You will constantly communicate with customers by phone: you will provide information about services, accept orders, monitor the shipment and solve various problems that have arisen. You will also help colleagues in the department and communicate with FedEx employees from other countries.

You are an ideal candidate if:
has experience in the field of customer service (advantage);
you are able to work in a team and know how to communicate with different people;
you work with MC Office programs (Word, Excel);
you have acquired good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken);
you are proactive, resourceful, able to learn quickly.
