Planas Chuliganas - one of the largest and fastest growing customer service centers in the Baltic States (woohooo), invites a Customer Service Department manager to join its team, who would lead a team of 100+ Hooligans :P

- You are good at working with a computer (Microsoft programs, blah blah blah)
- You are proactive, able to make quick decisions and strongly focus on the result
- Has experience in planning tasks for himself and the team
- You are able to find a compromise and maintain good relations with employees, managers and partners
- I have a burning desire to learn, improve and expand my knowledge
- Has work experience working with various clients or client development projects (strong advantage)

- You will maintain a relationship with a very important client
- You will negotiate and review the terms of the contract
- I plan financial volumes and budgets
- You will monitor the results and change actions accordingly
- I plan and analyze resources
- You will manage the team and ensure its smooth work
- You will improve and create processes
