Nature of work:
- Customer consultation by phone, e-mail. by mail, live chat.
- Coordination of complex delivery situations.
- Administration of shipment data in internal systems.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
We hope that:
- You speak and write Lithuanian well.
- You know English or Russian (both languages are a big advantage).
- You are communicative, responsible, able to act effectively in critical situations.
- You are not balanced by constant communication with clients throughout the working day.
- You have experience working with customers (customer service by phone, call center - an advantage).
- You are focused on the best customer experience, you know not only how to listen, but also how to hear the customer and colleagues.
- You have good computer skills (MS Office).
