  • Start working remotely from May 13. (it is necessary to come to the Kaunas office once a month);
  • The possibility to choose the type of work: remote, from the Kaunas office (Kalantos st. 32) or mixed;
  • 2-week distance training, where you will get to know the specifics of the job (training is mandatory, May 13 - 27 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.);
  • Various work schedules: the department works daily, 24/7 (the schedule is made based on business needs);

  • You will work orally (telephone) and in writing (electronic inquiries) in Lithuanian and English;
  • You will contribute to the client's success, share knowledge and learn together with colleagues!


You will excel in this position if you:

  • Has excellent knowledge of Lithuanian (C1) and English (not lower than B2 level);
  • You are empathic, positive, have good communication and listening skills;
  • You are able to quickly absorb information, adapt and react to changes;
  • You care about a good customer experience because you believe they deserve more than just help.
