Customer service specialist in Kaunas

We are currently inviting a Customer service and sales specialist to join our team at the call center in Kaunas. If you like to communicate on the phone, know how to sell (or want to learn) and do it better every day, and adrenaline is a real vitamin for you to achieve victories, then we are looking for you. This position is open from Monday
until Friday, and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Which job would you like to go to every day? We hope to one where:

• Will genuinely care for our customers by providing them with information over the phone
• You will professionally offer/sell insurance products

for customers applying with the short number "1828", for registrants
inquiries or self-service on the savasLD.lt website

• You will manage customer requests received through the electronic LD self-service website savasLD.lt
• Collaborated with other Call Center teams to complete tasks and expand the boundaries of my competencies

Remuneration? It consists of two parts: during the trial period, constant from 1,000 EUR (before taxes), after the trial period, 1,150 EUR and a supplement for achieved sales results. On average, an employee earns from EUR 1,800 per month (before taxes), but the amount of the supplement, and thus the salary, is unlimited and depends on the employee himself.
