Customer Service Specialist

Communicating with customers and ensuring impeccable customer service;
Administration of requests, ensuring accurate and timely entry of orders into systems;
Understanding of customer needs and effective resolution of problems;
Cooperation with colleagues, contributing to the development of projects;
Administration of international transport documents;
Working with company systems (SuperOffice, etc.).

Higher Education;
Excellent knowledge of Norwegian and English;
Excellent skills in working with the MS Office package;
Experience in customer service;
Initiative in solving problems;
Communication, responsibility and desire to grow in our company.
