We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to whom we will trust:
- Communication and timely provision of information to clients;
- Continuous order fulfillment time and order status control;
- Control of loading process and transit time;
- Prompt response to customer requests.
We hope you:
- You are fluent in English and Russian (you will need them for daily communication with customers and drivers);
- You are able and like to communicate with customers, cooperate with colleagues, solving work-related problems;
- You are result-oriented and goal-oriented;
- You are a responsible, careful person;
- You have experience in the transport - logistics sector (advantage).
