- Choose the most suitable full-time - 0.5, 0.6 or 0.75.
- 1-week training courses where you will get to know the specifics of the job (training duration is 5 working days, training is mandatory from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.);
- Working remotely (on the territory of Lithuania);

- Has excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language (C1), and good knowledge of English and Russian (level B2) (knowledge of all three of these languages is required);
- You are empathic, positive, have good communication and listening skills;
- You are able to quickly absorb information, adapt and react to changes;
- You care about a good customer experience because you believe they deserve more than just help;
- Can work on a flexible schedule in the evenings, nights, weekends, the department is open 24/7.
