Daily communication with clients, counseling them by phone (incoming calls), e-mail. by email and live chat while maintaining the best possible customer experience;
Search for optimal solutions related to emerging problems and offers to the client;
Making necessary calls to existing customers;
Administrative work after communication with the client (filling information into the necessary programs, systems, interview reports, etc.);
Active sale of services.

We would like you to:

You would have similar work experience in the field of customer service;
Be able to find out and understand customer needs;
You would be able to present ideas fluently and not give in to pressure;
You would have good computer literacy skills;
You would be diligent, responsible and focused on quality results;
Knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage;
You could work a flexible work schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00-19:00 (various shifts), Saturday 8:00-15:00.
