We are currently inviting a Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team of the international Actona group of companies in Kaunas.
Your main tasks will be:
- Active communication in French with representatives of B2B customers of assigned French-speaking markets on all day-to-day issues related to ordered products and collections, product technical documentation, production, delivery terms;
- Adequate and timely management of customer orders: acceptance, summary, confirmation, rescheduling, change in the company's and customer's information systems;
- Active cooperation with the sales team in Denmark, Poland and France;
- Completing, submitting and managing the necessary data about our products in customer databases according to customer requirements.
We hope you:
- Has 1+ years of experience in customer (B2B) service, sales or logistics (similar work experience in a manufacturing or international company would be an advantage);
- Has excellent oral and written knowledge of French and English, as these will be the main working languages;
- You are diligent, responsible, proactive, organized, have a quick reaction;
- You work well with a computer, working with Excel does not scare you and you know what it means to work with business management programs (Navision would be an advantage).
