About the job position

We and our team are constantly improving, implementing the latest medical technologies and advanced research methods, taking care of improving staff competence and a friendly environment. Due to the large expansion of the company, we are constantly growing, and our teams are also growing at the same time.
Your main responsibilities in this position:
Working hours: 7:00-19:00 (rolling schedule, 8-hour working day), one or two Saturdays per month from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

- Customer service;
- Providing information about the services provided by the company by phone and e-mail;
- Registration for surveys and other services by phone and e-mail;
- Communication with other departments of the company in solving various issues.

We hope you:
- You have experience in customer service (advantage).
- You communicate fluently and correctly in Lithuanian.
- You speak and write in English and/or Russian (a big advantage).
- Able to manage customer inquiries about services, research orders and complaints.
- You have computer skills.
- You are able to work independently and in a team.
