Nature of work
- High-quality customer consultation by phone (incoming calls) and e-mail.
- Solving various problematic situations, providing assistance to the client here and now.
- Consulting and educating clients to ensure a positive experience.
- Working with special company programs.
- Close collaboration with other departments ensuring smooth communication.
Employee requirements
- No lower than secondary education.
- Work experience in the field of customer service.
- Excellent computer literacy (knowledge of MS Office programs, SAP system is a big advantage).
- Ability to process large amounts of information and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language (written and spoken).
- Strong sense of responsibility, independence, logical thinking.
