In the position of a TF Bank customer service specialist, you will advise TF Bank customers on consumer loan issues by phone and in writing, help solve customer problems, and sell TF Bank consumer credit services. You will be responsible for smooth communication with clients, you will have the opportunity to improve your knowledge of financial products and deepen your skills in working with clients in a motivated team of young people.

- Week I - 8 a.m.-5 p.m.,;
- Week II - 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.,;
- Week III - 10 a.m.-7 p.m.

Nature of work
- Email advise customers and partners by mail and phone about the services and products provided by the bank;
- Collect customer data regarding credit granting;
- Sell banking services to clients;
- Prepare credit agreements and other documents;
- Comprehensively take care of good customer experience using TF Bank services;
Employee requirements
- Russian. payment;
- You have successful written and telephone customer service experience;
- You have good sales skills - an advantage;
- You have experience in the field of finance - an advantage;
- You work well with a computer, are organized and pay attention to details;
- You want to learn and are proactive;
- Higher Education;
- Excellent Lithuanian language. written and verbal skills;
