To ensure professional customer service, we are looking for a colleague to help solve customer problems, grow sales and strengthen us as a team in a competitive market. In Germany, we have already had an online store for six years, where we sell coffee and coffee machines. To ensure professional customer service, we are looking for a colleague to help solve customer problems, grow sales and strengthen us as a team in a competitive market. In other words, we are looking for a friend who wants to develop and grow together with us!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Excellent knowledge of the assortment;
- Active communication with customers by phone, e-mail. by mail and live chat;
- Prompt solution of problems (technical, parcel delivery issues);
- Finding out the client's needs and preparing the best offer;
- Achieving sales targets.
WE HOPE YOU:
- Likes coffee and communication with customers;
- You speak and write German fluently;
- Has good negotiation, communication and sales skills;
- You are diligent, attentive and a quick learner;
- You set ambitious goals and persistently pursue them;
- Able to perform several tasks at the same time;
- You manage stress well;
- You are interested in technical things and the world of coffee.
