Upholstered furniture manufacturers of "UAB Home group" are looking for reinforcements in the Customer Service department!

Nature of work
- High-quality customer service consultation by phone (incoming calls);
- Customer service by e-mail. by mail;
- Working with incoming claims and presenting conclusions to the client;
- Communication and cooperation with other departments;
- Other works of the customer service department.
Employee requirements
- English spoken and written (mandatory);
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively manage large flows of information;
- Responsibility, independence, desire to improve, diligence.
- Knowledge of Swedish would be an advantage.

Salary
