Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented personality to join our team as a Customer Relations Specialist. The primary responsibility of this position is communicating with potential clients, understanding their staffing needs and recommending our services to provide qualified staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor and a deep understanding of our HR solutions.

1. Customer relations:

• Actively search for potential customers by phone to discuss their employee needs.
  
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients by understanding their business requirements.
  

2. Assessment of needs:

• Conduct a detailed needs assessment to identify specific job requirements and organizational culture.
  
• Actively listen to clients' concerns and tailor our services to address their unique staffing challenges.
  

3. Service recommendations:

• Educate clients about our staffing solutions and the benefits of our services.
  
• Deliver our pool of qualified candidates who match the client's job specifications.
  

4. Cooperation with the selection team:

• Work closely with the selection team to ensure they are always informed of available candidates and their skills.
  
• Provide feedback from clients to improve the selection process and candidate selection.
  

5. Proposal preparation:

• Prepare and present compelling proposals that present our services, prices and terms.
  
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns to clearly understand the partnership terms of the offer.
  

6. Management:

• Maintain regular relationships with clients to build relationships and resolve additional issues.
  
• Manage customer interactions accurately.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to understand customer needs and clearly articulate the value proposition of our services.
  
• Experience with staff selection and hiring processes would be an advantage.
  
• Directed and self-driven, with successful achievement of results or exceeding goals.
  
• Knowledge of the Russian language.
