We are looking for a customer service specialist to work full-time from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. In Vilnius. We work in a hybrid way - 3 days. per week from home. In summer, we are open at 6:00 a.m. during the day. We guarantee that you will be able to go on vacation this summer as usual, in advance. Nature of work:
- There is no face-to-face communication with customers. We work on the principle of "back office" only by remote e-mail. way. We communicate with customers by phone and e-mail. by post
- Most of the working time is occupied by technical work and communication with clients and colleagues. Technical work is administrative and uncomplicated legal work, performed with simple e-mails. systems, according to clear instructions and processes. No legal experience or knowledge of specific systems is required, we have learned everything.
- Answering customer inquiries by e-mail. by mail and phone in Lithuanian, general e-mail mail administration.
- Management of entry and exit of companies.
- Partially automated e-invoicing. way.
- Administration of customer payments and debts.
- Description of administrative processes and assistance in improvement.
- Organization and maintenance of personnel documentation.
- Help in organizing company holidays.
- Minimal office maintenance.
- Other minor administrative work.
Employee requirements
- Experience in administration, customer service or similar.
- Full-time work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. workdays. Part-time is not suitable, but all conditions are created to combine work with studies.
- Ability to communicate professionally and pleasantly in Lithuanian orally and in writing.
- Ability to perform technical tasks without errors.
- Orderliness, organization, logical thinking.
- Honesty, responsibility, diligence.
- Helpfulness, politeness.
- Willingness to learn and improve.
- Ability to work in a team of 2-3 people.
- Good Excel skills are an advantage.
