We are looking for a new member for our Customer Service team, the voice of "Sapiegas Clinic"!

⓵ Active work with patient registrations, planning visits by phone, e-mail.
⓶ Effective and professional management and correction of patient registrations.
⓷ Informing patients about services, promotions and other important information.
⓸ Management of patient questions/answers, ensuring efficient solutions.
⓹ Cooperation and communication with clinic specialists to ensure a smooth patient service process.

⓵ Full time.
⓶ Monday-Friday.

⓵ Experience with customers: We want someone who not only has experience in a call center, but also has mastered the art of handling customer registrations, administration, answering questions with a smile (even over the phone!).
Your previous job must have been directly related to customer service. You had to perform tasks that require precision and human attention.

⓶ Communication Skills: You are someone who can listen, understand and respond to the customer in a way that not only solves the problem, but also shows consideration. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian are essential, and additional skills in English or other languages would be a great advantage.

⓷ Learning skills: You are always learning and you are a curious person. You learn quickly and have experience working with important, confidential information and data management. The ability to learn quickly and adapt to innovations does not scare you.

⓸ Organizational skills: Your work requires organization, the ability to set priorities, and plan time.

⓹ Teamwork: We are looking for a person who is good at communicating and working in a team. We communicate a lot every day and search for and create solutions for our patients.

The final monthly salary consists of: fixed monthly salary + personal bonus + team bonus.
