- Excellent customer experience by choosing OMNIVA LT: customer consultation by phone, e-mail by e-mail and on social networks for all questions that arise for them, solving various problematic situations, providing professional and real benefit to the client by answering the questions of concern.
- Providing customer support here and now.
- Distribution of customer letters and requests to colleague departments according to their content and form.
- Tracking the technical condition of the ATM network and helping customers in real time.
- Helping colleagues in developing and improving customer service services, implementing various projects.

We will be happy if you:
- Has previous customer service experience.
- You like and are very good at communicating properly in Lithuanian, you are able to express your thoughts fluently and correctly both orally and in writing.
- You are attentive and attentive to details, able to analyze and systematize information.
- You value teamwork, you understand the importance of team spirit.
- Learn to be independent, able to plan, organize and control your activities.
- You are emotionally strong and difficult to get off track, you accept a difficult situation as a challenge rather than an unsolvable problem and you react quickly and purposefully.
- Able to work a flexible work schedule.
- It's great if you can communicate in Russian and/or English. We would consider the ability to write and speak Russian a great advantage.
