Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for an employee for a long-term employment relationship, the position will require intensive training, so we ask that only serious candidates apply.

Working hours - 40 hours per week, you will also need to work several weekends per month, the schedule is flexible.

Nature of work:

• Customer service and consulting on aesthetic beauty procedures (employees will be trained);
  
• Communication with clients by phone, e-mail, social networks;
  
• Attention to the client, the ability to offer the client additional procedures, the ability to solve difficult situations;
  
• Supervision of the clinic and ensuring smooth operation.

• Strong communication skills, both Lithuanian, and other foreign languages are an advantage;
  
• Willingness to learn and acquire knowledge in the field of aesthetic medicine;
  
• Responsibility and ability to make quick decisions.
  

Advantages:

• Knowledge in the field of beauty would be an advantage, but not necessary. Employees will be fully trained, so we value the willingness to learn more;
  
• Work experience in the field of customer service;
  
• Knowledge of additional languages.
