You will be responsible for
- High-quality consulting of clients on issues of conclusion of insurance contracts, administration and administration of insured events (remote channels)
- Registration of prohibited events
- Distribution of incoming correspondence
Requirements
- Good customer service skills (email, phone) - an advantage
- English language skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
- Ability to evaluate, draw conclusions and take responsibility for decisions
