A rapidly growing international group of companies is currently inviting Customer Service Manager(s) to join. IN THIS POSITION YOU:

You will be responsible for smooth customer service across all companies managed by the group of companies:

  • You will ensure this through your subordinate team and partner management;
  • You will ensure that the standard of customer service, functions such as control, delivery of results, etc. processes would be identical across all companies;
  • As the group of companies rapidly expands internationally, you will monitor and analyze customer service processes, make suggestions for their improvement and automation, and ensure the implementation of changes;
  • You will be the creator of standards, you will set the direction for other markets;
  • You will monitor and be responsible for customer NPS and other KPIs set for your department;
  • You will manage the budget of the customer service department, ensure its profitability.

WE HOPE THAT:

  • You have at least 3 years of work experience in the field of customer service;
  • You have experience working in a call center or you have experience working with call centers on the basis of external services;
  • You can be proud of the successful experience of leading a team;
  • You have excellent negotiation and representation skills;
  • You have successful experience in process efficiency and automation;
  • You speak and write English fluently.

Salary

4000-4800 €/mon. gross
Annual bonus based on company performance
