Good communication and negotiation skills. You are able to listen to the client, assess the situation and, taking this into account, present the most optimal offer;
You absorb information quickly, you have a great desire to improve, learn and achieve the set goal;
You communicate fluently in Lithuanian both orally and in writing;
Has good computer skills;
Has experience in customer service or sales (in a financial services company - an advantage).
