In this position you:
- Identify customer needs and answer questions professionally;
- Reacts promptly to problems by providing a solution;
- Provide information and suggestions to ensure a pleasant customer experience;
- You will have the opportunity to work in the most convenient position for you (0.5; 0.75; 1);
- You will be able to work from home in any Lithuanian city or office located in the center of Kaunas.
Employee requirements:
- Ability to speak and write perfectly in Lithuanian;
- Ability to speak and write perfectly in Russian;
- Ability to listen and promptly solve problems;
- Good knowledge of computer literacy and receptivity to a large amount of information;
- Strong motivation to improve and achieve set goals;
- Responsibility, communication and resistance to stress.
