What will you do when you join the customer service team?
- I consult clients over the phone on various issues that arise for them - from providing information to the client before purchasing the product to communicating and maintaining contact with the client after the sale is completed.
- Respond to received customer inquiries by phone and online;
- Administer orders placed by customers.
We hope you:
- You have obtained a university or higher education in business management, administration or a similar field.
- Has 1-2 years of work experience in the field of customer service.
- You are communicative, responsible, a person who likes to communicate, able to solve problems independently.
- You speak and write English well (minimum language proficiency level – B2), and if you know French, we will consider it a great advantage.
