What will you do with us?
The cool DLG team is looking for a colleague to whom we will entrust the following important tasks:
You will communicate with customers, calculate prices and provide offers for transport services (partial and full loads).
You will prepare the necessary accompanying documents for transportation.
You will maintain contact with customers and help them solve problems arising during transportation.
You will make sure that all customers pay on time.
Other tasks related to the customer service process.

What do we expect from you?
Successful customer service experience working with Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan markets.
Knowledge of logistics and forwarding processes.
Excellent knowledge of the Russian language (written and spoken), English. knowledge is an advantage!
Sincere care, attention to details, ability to respond promptly to emerging challenges.
Motivation to achieve high results and the desire to realize oneself in the field of customer service.

Salary
1500-3000 €/mon. net
The salary depends on the experience of selling logistics and forwarding services and the knowledge of the markets specified in the advertisement.
