Customer Service Manager

Preparation of proposals and VAT invoices;
Acceptance of orders and organization of product delivery;
Working with a cash register;
Acquainting customers with the characteristics of the goods for sale;
Customer database administration.

Higher Education;
At least 2 years of similar work experience;
Communicability and good knowledge of business etiquette;
Organizational and time planning skills;
Strong customer orientation and high quality customer service;
Fluent communication in English/Russian;
Knowledge of Axapta would be an advantage.
