Communicate with private and business clients, take care of their needs and consult by phone, internet, e-mail. by mail;
To know the services provided by Hila perfectly, to provide the client with the necessary information and to register for the visit;
Provide the highest quality service through personal communication, e-mail. by mail and phone;
Dealing with customer referrals;
Fill in customer data and document management systems.

Know the principles of customer service and focus on high quality customer service;
Be able to start and maintain a conversation with customers;
Excellent oral and written knowledge of the Lithuanian language, knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage;
Have user skills for working with basic MS Office applications;
Be communicative and focused on clients and results;
Attentiveness, thoroughness, positive thinking, ability to cooperate and work in a team.
