- Maintain business relations with the company's existing customers and ensure smooth customer service.
- Be the main customer contact for handling inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely entry of orders into systems, organizing and overseeing cargo delivery.
- Communicate with drivers during the trip and provide them with the necessary assistance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to solve problems and ensure timely delivery of cargo.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to colleagues working during the day.
