Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Customer Service Manager to the Šiaulių bankas team, who is ready work in a team, make joint decisions, achieve set goals, would be open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.

• Communicate with our private and business clients, take care of their needs and consult them;
• You will make suggestions to our customers and help them find the most suitable financial solutions and choose the most suitable bank products and services in the areas of investment, savings or crediting;
• You will improve your sales, service and communication skills every day.

You will ensure a high quality of customer service; You will work in a bank that was rated as the Bank with the best customer service in 2023

To be #closer, you will need:

• Be communicative and focused on clients and results;
• Have experience in customer service, in the field of sales (in a financial company - an advantage);
• Have good computer skills (Forpost program is an advantage);
• Be able to communicate in English, Russian;
• Attention, diligence, positive thinking, ability to cooperate and work in a team!
