Customer Service Manager by Phone (Office Work)

A long-standing telecommunications company in Lithuania is inviting a customer service manager to join its team. channels in the service provision department.

• Customer service by phone;
  
• Resolving current issues: changing plans, payment delays, etc.;
  
• Using internal systems;
  
• Consulting clients and selling the company's goods and services.
  

Working hours: Mon - Fri 8:00 - 19:00; VI 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. (rolling schedule, 8-hour workday). We are closed on Sundays.

Fixed salary 940 EUR to 1050 EUR (excluding taxes), depends on the number of hours worked per month.

+ bonus from sales ~550 EUR (before taxes), but the size is unlimited, it depends only on you!
+ a one-time newcomer bonus of EUR 520 (before taxes).
