• You will only work with incoming calls and requests 📲
  
• Communicate not only by phone, but also by e-mail. by mail 💻
  
• You will help solve problems and manage conflict situations 🗯
  
• Being the voice of the company, you will ensure that customers are provided with the necessary information, which you will monitor in internal systems 📣

• You like to communicate and know how to do it professionally
  
• You will be able to participate on the 7th in training from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., which are scheduled for 02.21 - 02.29
  
• Learn English/Russian. (advantage)
  
• You are a responsible, result-oriented person
  
• Can work on weekdays, between 20:00 and 22:00. and on weekends after 8 a.m. (between 07:00-22:00)
  
• You are not afraid to face a large flow of information
  
• You are ready to continuously improve
