We are looking for colleagues who like to communicate to join the Plan Hooligan team and work on the 💙IGNITIS💙 project! In it, I will serve the clients of the largest electricity and gas supplier in Lithuania. In Plan Hooligan, you will have the opportunity to realize yourself, improve and grow together - we are waiting for your CV!

😜 What will your working day look like?

  • As the voice of the company, you will ensure that customers are provided with the information they need
  • You will communicate only with the existing clients of the company (incoming calls), and you will monitor the necessary information in internal systems 💻
  • You will try to ensure that customers remain satisfied after the interview after receiving detailed information on the questions that arise 📞
  • With your good mood, you will provide excellent service quality and be part of an innovative team responsible for customer service 🏆
