In this position you:
- You will identify the needs of customers and answer the questions in a professional manner;
- I promptly respond to the problems that have arisen by providing a way to solve them;
- Provide information and offers, ensuring a pleasant customer experience;
- You will have the opportunity to work at the time most convenient for you (0.5; 0.75; 1).
Fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.
Employee requirements:
- Ability to speak and write perfectly in Lithuanian;
- Ability to listen and promptly solve problems;
- Good knowledge of computer literacy and receptivity to a large amount of information;
- Strong motivation to improve and achieve set goals;
- Responsibility, communication and resistance to stress;
- Russian language, English language - an advantage.
