Your job tasks and responsibilities:
- To coordinate with existing foreign customers the orders submitted by them and submit them for further execution.
- Coordinate the execution of orders, ensuring compliance with the conditions stipulated in the orders and sending the necessary documentation.
- Control compliance with assigned customer billing deadlines.
- Ensure effective communication with assigned foreign customers and the dissemination of operational information related to the implementation of orders, sales planning, customer needs, comments and claims.
- Work only with existing clients.
We expect you/your:
- You have a university or higher education (advantage).
- You have at least one year of work experience in customer service/sales (advantage).
- You have good computer skills with MS365 application packages.
- Advanced user level written and spoken English (required).
- You have the following personal qualities: communication, good time planning skills, responsibility, attention to details, analytical thinking, thoroughness, ability to quickly absorb new information, independence, initiative.
Salary
1400-1900 €/mon. gross
