You will be responsible for:
✔customer service, consulting on household equipment repair;
✔receiving and sending equipment;
✔work with manufacturers' parts programs and parts sales;
✔communication by phone and letters with clients;
✔creating and coordinating estimates for repair work, writing invoices.
