Customer Service Manager

Our client is a modern aesthetic surgery clinic that works with clients from various countries around the world and is one of the leaders in the Baltic States. Currently, the company is expanding ambitiously and invites a Customer Service Manager to join the youthful and ambitious team for work in the Old Town of Vilnius.

● I represent the company and its services to clients from various European countries;
● I communicate with clients by e-mail (85% of the time), telephone and through internal company systems;
● You will cooperate with other teams, share your insights about the market, customers and their expectations;
● You will achieve the annual goals set for the position, participate in team meetings;
● You will be able to join internal company initiatives, business development activities and help the company discover new opportunities in the market.

● Has a higher education (in the field of philology);
● You speak and write well in English (at least C1 level). If you also know other foreign languages, the company will give you every opportunity to use your skills!
● Strong advantage if you have similar work experience. However, the company will provide the training necessary for a successful start-up.
