Main duties:
- Effective management of calls and correspondence with clients;
- Detailed customer consultation regarding the products and services offered by the company;
- Coordination of order fulfillment processes;
- Management of financial documents (invoices, cash receipts and expense orders);
- Active participation in training for the purpose of improving new skills.
Requirements for the candidate(s):
- Higher or higher education;
- Excellent oral skills in Lithuanian, Russian and English;
- Experience working with the MS Office package (especially Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- The ability to effectively plan your time and that of others, to prioritize tasks;
- Motivation to learn and pursue personal and professional development.
