Customer Service Manager

● Communication with customers by e-mail. by mail, phone, self-service system about services provided by the company;
● Working with the company's existing clients;
● Acceptance, registration, distribution and management of orders;
● Registration, resolution and escalation of complaints;
● Registering and sending correspondence;
● Preparation of daily reports;
● Working with the database (import/export/search);
● Logistics planning;
● Cooperation with colleagues from other departments of the company.

● Similar work experience (in the field of customer service, call center, etc.);
● Flexible and customer-oriented team player;
● Good written and verbal communication skills;
● Stress management in stressful situations;
● Computer literacy skills;
● Knowledge of English is an advantage.

Working hours: I-IV from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Sun from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m
