MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- receive, register and serve customers in the Vilnius airport Business Club and VIP terminal;
- to provide customers with information about services, rates, service order and service conditions, flight or boarding time, delayed or canceled flight and other relevant information related to flights;
- promptly respond to customer complaints or wishes;
- ensuring the order and cleanliness of customer service rooms, provision of food and drinks, timely execution of necessary orders;
- work with the cash register, issue invoices, perform customer documentation accounting.
IMPORTANT FOR THIS POSITION:
- no lower than secondary education;
- at least 1 year work experience in the field of customer service;
- foreign languages (English - mandatory, Russian - a great advantage);
- positivity and communication, desire to help other people, flexibility and ability to manage conflict situations;
- possibility to work in shifts (including early shifts) work schedule (shift - 12 hours);
- impeccable reputation according to the requirements of the Aviation Law of the Republic of Lithuania.
