Currently, in the course of expanding its activities, the company is inviting an operative and procedurally thinking and working CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER to join!
You will be responsible for:
- Communication with the sales team and customers at all stages of the order - from receiving the request to sending and document administration.
- You will monitor all business processes of the company and suggest changes that need to be improved.
- Smooth management of order document flows in compliance with company standards.
- You will communicate with both the sales manager and the customer regarding order status, shipping dates, issues that arise, etc.
- You will actively follow up on any customer issues (billbacks, credit reports, etc.).
- You will maintain warehouse inventory related to orders and shipping.
- You will ensure a high level of communication with sales, logistics and accounting departments.
- You will communicate with the company's departments for the necessary additional information.
