You will be responsible for:
- Maintenance of business relations with existing clients of the company and smooth customer service;
- Processing and answering customer requests - by phone and e-mail;
- Calculation of the transportation price - in the company's internal system;
- Development of services with existing clients;
- Communication with other company colleagues on transportation issues;
- Entering orders into the systems, organizing and supervising the delivery of goods and collecting communications from customers.
- informing the client while handling requests, ensuring accurate and timely entry of orders into systems, organizing and supervising cargo delivery.
