Your competences and experience

Work schedule: flexible, shift (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
- Provide high-quality and prompt service to the company's customers by phone, e-mail and other remote service means
- Advise and inform clients about the services and processes provided
- Identify the client's needs, make proposals
- Ensure the execution of requests and other processes related to the department's activities
- Initiate and coordinate the resolution of customer and internal problems
- Participate in projects, provide and initiate suggestions for operational efficiency
- Prepare answers to inquiries, information letters, ensure their quality
Your competences and experience
- Orientation towards values, customer and high quality of service
- Knowledge of the basic principles of working with clients
- Experience of working according to customer service standards
- Organization, initiative
- Fluent in Lithuanian, good English and/or Russian language skills
