At the moment, we are looking for a reinforcement for the team of the Vilnius division - a CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER, who has experience in both customer service and active sales.

Every day we will trust you:
- Administration of business clients - visiting clients, maintaining successful communication/cooperation with clients, ensuring feedback;
- Administration of existing customer inquiries, ensuring the implementation of timely solutions;
- Clarification of additional customer needs for services/goods, expectations;
- Active sale of cleaning products, additional cleaning services;
- Attracting new customers. Preparation/submission of commercial offers.
We hope you:
- You have at least 2 years of active sales, business customer administration experience (preferably services, B2B);
- You have a higher education (preferably in the fields of management, business);
- You know how to establish a relationship, listen and hear the client's expectations and needs;
- You have excellent time and work planning skills;
- You have very good computer skills;
- You speak and write Lithuanian well (knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage);
- You have a driver's license.
