Here you will be responsible for VIP customer care.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- I will repeat customer inquiries and provide price offers;
- Professional customer service;
- Create and maintain relationships and relationships with clients;
- Solve problematic situations in collaboration with customers and the operations department.
ABOUT YOU:
- Good command of English;
- Has a higher education;
- Be a positive and proactive personality;
- You are motivated and pursue goals independently;
- You are result-oriented;
- Has experience in customer service;
- Has experience in transport (great advantage).
