Nature of work
- I consult the company's clients by phone and e-mail. letters, you will provide all the necessary information about the products and the progress of the order
- You will work with the Directo system (for training), where you will process and launch orders
- Summarize orders
- You will ensure timely and impeccable customer service
- Solve non-standard situations
Employee requirements
- Higher/higher education
- Excellent communication skills - you like to communicate with customers and look for the best solutions
- Attention to detail, ability to remember a lot of information and easily perform several tasks at once
- Experience in customer service (advantage)
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office package)
