Your responsibilities would be:
- Communication with existing clients;
- Consulting clients about the company's services, solving non-standard situations;
- Ensuring excellent customer experience;
- Administration/management of company programs and databases;
- Administration and improvement of parking control tools and processes;
- Collaborating with IT, technical teams to resolve issues related to customer experience.
We hope you:
- You have accumulated experience in the field of customer service (advantage);
- You communicate fluently in written and spoken Lithuanian, able to communicate in English or Russian;
- Has good computer skills;
- Has experience working with the Zendesk customer service platform (advantage);
- You are empathic, independent, result-oriented;
- You are able to prioritize tasks and know how to plan your time;
- You are a team player and willingly share your experience.
