Description of responsibilities

The Customer Service Specialist will be part of the customer service team. This person will mainly communicate with technicians, partners and customers and organize the work process.

Primary responsibilities

Coordination of the work process: effectively organize and plan the work of technicians and partners with clients, ensuring an effective and smooth process.
Technical Support: Use our technical knowledge of AUTO and IoT trackers to solve customer problems during service.
Customer Communication: Act as the primary customer service contact for inquiries and issues by phone and email. by post
Continuous Learning: Continuously deepen your understanding of the functionality of GPS tracking platforms in order to stay competitive and meet the daily needs of our customers.
Problem Solving: Demonstrate strong problem solving skills, working independently and with team members to resolve customer issues.

Requirements for the candidate

Experience: Proven experience in customer service, direct experience with AUTO and IoT trackers preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, management or telecommunications.
Communication skills: the ability to communicate in Lithuanian, English orally and in writing, including fluent telephone communication skills. Russian. payment would be an advantage.
A penchant for technology: Strong interest in technology, quick ability to learn new systems and adapt to technological advances.
Personal qualities: high motivation to work, ability to learn quickly, open, proactive thinking. Ability to quickly absorb information and adapt to changing situations.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
