Nature of work
- Sending service contract offers/addendums/invoices to customers;
- Working with overdue debts, preparing documents for debt collection companies;
- Equipment registration in the system;
- Communicating with partners, checking work documents, issuing invoices to clients;
- Collection of group accounts;
- Administration of incoming payments;
- Professional customer service by phone, e-mail by mail;
- Helping colleagues;
- Performing other tasks assigned by the manager.
Employee requirements
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- Experience in sales or customer service (preferred);
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer optimal solutions;
- Impeccable culture of behavior and speech, communication, ability to solve conflict situations, positivity;
- Initiative, conscientiousness, organization and planning skills;
- Ability to work independently.
Advantages:
